Our beloved Alanis, the youngest of four siblings and an amazing baker full of life, recently endured a devastating tragedy. She was shot in the face by her ex-boyfriend, to save her life she jumped from a high speed moving car, leaving her with severe injuries that require extensive facial reconstruction surgeries that her insurance unfortunately doesn’t cover. Despite the pain and challenges, her spirit remains strong. This senseless act of violence has completely changed her life. She will need multiple surgeries to restore her face and months of physical and emotional recovery. She has always been the heart of our family and loves spreading joy with her baking. Now, we’re rallying together to help her heal and get back to doing what she loves.
