Help Alana Recover

Alana came to Scotland in December 2020. She is a middle aged rescue dog from Spain who was let down by humans in her early life. She was chained and beaten. When she developed a treatable tumour she was chased away and left for dead.

The most wonderful people took her in and helped her back to life. She was then sponsored a place to come to Scotland and start a new journey.

We fostered this beautiful timid girl in our family home. Unfortunately on Christmas Day, not knowing how frightened she was, she pulled away from us while outside. Having been here only a few days, she had no time to form a bond with anyone and evaded us for 16 days.

We hired a professional team from England to recover her at some expense. This fundraising page was set up to ensure her safe future, ongoing health care, psychological therapy, physical needs – like reinforced fencing, baby gates and safety dens.

We appreciate whatever you can give, please share our campaign.

Thank you kindly.
