Alan is a 12 year veteran of Cheesecake Factory Birmingham who is a master of all things prep.

He had to undergo triple bypass surgery and will be unable to come back to work for at least 6 weeks. We are hoping to raise money for him to alleviate the stress of being off of work for so long, especially during his recovery from such a major surgery. Any help is greatly appreciated!
