Hello, I'm Alaa Shehada, and I'm reaching out for help during a time of desperate need. For over 8 months, my family and I have been living amidst the horrors of war in Gaza. Every day brings with it the constant threat of death, and our once peaceful lives have been shattered by the relentless violence surrounding us.

I am a mother to two beautiful children, Diala and Amir. Despite their resilience, the toll of living through this prolonged conflict is evident in their fragile health. We've been forced to evacuate our home multiple times, seeking refuge wherever we can, but each displacement only exacerbates our suffering.

The basic necessities of life, such as food and water, have become luxuries that we can no longer take for granted. My children's health is deteriorating rapidly, and as a mother, I feel helpless in the face of such adversity.

We have reached a breaking point, and we know that we cannot continue to endure this suffering. My husband, Said Soboh, and I have made the agonizing decision to evacuate Gaza in search of safety and stability for our family.

Several days ago, my family and I were forced to flee from Deir al-Balah to Khan Yunis after the occupation threatened us with eviction. Due to the high cost of transportation, we were forced to leave without taking our belongings, in addition to my children falling ill as a result of pollution and the spread of skin diseases without the availability of any treatment.

But we cannot do this alone. We need your help to make this journey possible. Your generosity will provide us with the means to escape the horrors of war, seek medical attention for our children, and rebuild our lives in a place where peace is more than just a distant dream.
