Hello brother or sister,
My name is Alaa from Nuseirat camp in Gaza.❤️
I am 36 years old, married to my dear wife Ayat, & as of August 5th 2024, we now have 5 children. We have 3 beautiful daughters Bisan, Lana, and Fadwa, as well as our 2 youngest sons, Adnan and newborn Shehab. It is my deepest hope that we will be able to evacuate as a family with your help! We are scared, there is death everywhere & there is no safe place to go in Gaza! My son Shehab was born under very difficult conditions and have been displaced 4 times before now. I did not want the birth of our 5th child to take place amongst all of the dangers which surround us but it happened anyway.
Please donate what you can & share! ❤️
There was great suffering in seeking help for my wife as she went into labor. I couldnt find any help until I reached Al Awda Hospital but ultimately The Red Crescent ambulance came so I was able to reach the hospital with their help. Of course there was no designated place for childbirth, but the birth took place with God's help. ❤️ We have managed to survive this for a long time now through repeated displacement but unfortunately we have many expenses and challenges still ahead of us! Food is increasingly scarce and everything is unbelievably expensive as a result so we must reluctantly take small increments from our donations to help my family to survive until we can have enough donations collected and can evacuate when the border reopens. We will keep everyone updated as donations are received.
I used to work as a teacher, in addition to being a leader of scouting groups affiliated with the Ministry of Education. We are experiencing a war, a genocide that no human being can bear. We are being killed in brutal ways by several combined methods of murder. I ask anyone who loves humanity to help us by donating whatever amount you can so we can live a decent life in peace. Your donation will help my children, my wife, & myself to survive this Holocaust and escape the dangers in Gaza.
We live in Nuseirat camp. We were displaced more than once to Deir al-Balah and then returned to Nuseirat. We now live in my relatives’ house because our home was damaged by the bombing and is uninhabitable.
I received many awards in my work, including the Distinguished Teacher Award from the Ministry of Education. I participated in many scouting activities working with children in Gaza, and I used to participate in international scouting events, but the siege of Gaza has stopped all of this.
Pictures of all my children are on my old phone, which I lost when the house was bombed so I can’t share then but I will continue to post as much as I can on my Instagram. As you know though, it is often extremely difficult to access everything including phone service and electricity.
Food is scarce and there is misery all around us. There is always danger nearby. We do not sleep at night because of the bombing. We must stay awake so that if the place is bombed, we can rescue our children.
In a country that only knows the language of pain, a story was born that carries within it the courage to survive and the strength of will. It is the story of my family when we fell into the worst of a crisis that cannot be described in words because of this ferocious war that burned the earth and the ground, destroyed our home that sheltered us, and displaced us to more than one place and more than several times... When darkness fell and the war began to spread mercilessly, my family and my children knew nothing but the voice of Shelling and fragments of destruction.
Those horrific moments that shook their lives when their home was bombed, tore their dream of safety to pieces, and these difficult days continue to pass, each day harder than the last. But among the rubble of destruction and the rubble of broken dreams, they continued to search for hope. We did not give up, but faced all the challenges with strength and determination, relying on the minimum requirements of life, we will not give up on our survival.
Thank you for doing what you can to help save my family! ❤️
The donated funds will be received by my family through my very trusted best friend’s PayPal. This campaign is also currently managed in part with my friend, Rena Painter. If our survival demands it, we may also withdraw some of the funds in order to survive until we can reach our goal but will be transparent in doing so and will inform everyone when we do this. We will keep everyone updated on what we do with our donations entirely so that you may see us survive this horrific nightmare.
Inshallah, we will survive this. Allah yahmina
Pray for us,
for it becomes deadlier here each day…
