Help Alaa to help his family!

Donation protected
My name is Chaimae Bouzagaoui, I'm a Dutch citizen, and I'm starting this fundraiser for my dear friend Alaa Sameer Mhaisen (27), in the picture above.
Alaa needs our help to help his family. They're currently displaced, homeless, and living in tents due to the situation in Gaza, Palestine. They're facing extremely difficult situations, such as famine and severe cold. Alaa is only 27, and instead of enjoying his youth as a young man, he has found himself in this situation, trying to keep himself and his family alive. Not only are they living in fear because of the constant unsafe situation, due to the war, there's a shortage of food and basic necessities, which has caused inflation to skyrocket in Gaza right now.
Every penny would help Alaa and his family to survive these extreme conditions. Our donations could help make a difference, and could potentially save their lives.

Below you can read Alaa's story in more detail:

"Help me to help my family.
I'm Alaa Samir Mhaisen from Gaza City. I'm 27 years old, and I work as a volunteer in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. My family is in danger when I became homeless after our home was destroyed during this war and we left Gaza City. We left Gaza City against our will, where my home and my family’s homes are in the border areas of Gaza City. We were left displaced in the west of the city in the first days of the war. After that, our entire house was destroyed, and with it our dreams and memories of the family were lost. I couldn't even take anything from the house before it was destroyed. I only went out by myself. Without even a bag of clothes for me and my family. We continued to be displaced in the Al-Quds Hospital, west of Gaza City, and then we had to evacuate Gaza City. So my family left to go to the city of Khan Yunis, and I remained at my work in the Al-Quds Hospital in the emergency department to help the injured. We remained in this state for quite some time. Long after the bombing intensified around us in the hospital, I left Gaza City due to a threat to evacuate the Al-Quds Hospital, and I arrived in the city of Khan Yunis to the Al-Amal Hospital, where I worked for 3 months. My family was with me, and we went through difficult circumstances, due to us leaving and moving to several places. There were explosions around us in the Al-Amal Hospital, and my family was bombed several times, and death was close to us. Thank God, no one was hurt. On the second day, the hospital was bombed next to my family. Thank God, they came out fine. It was a terrifying time that my family and I lived through in the Al-Amal Hospital. The Al-Amal Hospital was evacuated, so we had to get out of there. We then went to the city of Rafah, next to the Egyptian border. We've endured a very difficult time with explosions around us, and due to the situation we were unable to communicate with others. My family and I are now in the city of Rafah in the camps for the displaced. We're currently staying in a tent close to the Egyptian border in the city of Rafah. We suffer from diseases and severe cold in this tent.
Please help us, we're desperate..."
