I am Amal, a friend of Alaa Naim, I live in Canada and I am participating in this campain to help her and her family (parents and two siblings) start a new life in Egypt after the death of her 4 children. We have 5 people to evacuate to Egypt. The cost of one person is 9500$ to get there in less than a month. Any amount raised above the total will be used to supplement Alaa and her family lives as refugees in Egypt. My aim is to help them build a new life away from Gaza. Here is Alaa Naim's message: It might seem very shocking to you if I tell you that as a mother I lost my four children during the Palestinian Genocide. They were killed during the interminable war in Gaza. My name is Alaa Naim, I am 33 years old and I am a poet as well as a writer. Thus, my house was destroyed through bombing, my four children were murdered and my world collapsed around me after 168 days of continuous war. I have nothing left here in my homeland and the daily suffering around me makes me want to run away. I would like to flee, to get far away from here and to be able to forget and leave behind me the place where they took the lives of my four children. Help me start a new life in another country with my parents, my sister and my little brother who are the only ones I have left now. Do not leave me alone in this suffering, your donation will bring a significant change to our destiny and will give me hope to start living a life worthy of a human being even if my four little ones will no longer be part of it. Thank you.

Ils ont été sauvagement abattus durant cette guerre interminable envers Gaza. Je suis Alaa Naim, j’ai 33 ans et je suis poète et écrivain. Ainsi, ma maison fut détruite par les bombardements, mes quatre enfants assassinés et ma vie c’est brisée après 170 jours de guerre continue. Il ne me reste rien ici dans mon pays natal et le quotidien qui m’entoure me donne envie de partir. J’aimerai fuir, partir loin d’ici et pourvoir oublier et laisser derrière moi l’endroit où ils ont enlevé la vie à mes quatre enfants. Aidez-moi à recommencer une nouvelle vie dans un autre pays avec mes parents, ma soeur et mon petit frère qui sont les seuls qui me restent maitenant.
