Hey everyone. My name is Anni and Akira is my 9 year old Siberian Husky. She has had recurring ear infections since she was a young pup and after years of vet appointments we finally have a diagnosis - a middle ear infection in both ears.

There is only one cure which is a total ear canal ablation on both ears. Each ear has been estimated between $5,000 - $10,000, and will most likely leave her hearing impaired.

Without these surgeries, the prognosis is dire - chronic pain, meningitis, list goes on.

Aside from her ears, she is a very healthy and active dog, with vets confident she could live another 5+ years - if we can afford the surgery.
