It’s true. I need your help to raise money for an ~aLlEgEd~ white supremacist. A Donald Trump appointed judge is ordering me to pay a person that *I believe* is a white supremacist legal fees after I sued him for posting a video 100% made of my work without any commentary aside from changing the name of the video to something about me being an “SJW.”
This issue is multi-faceted, but it mainly revolves around (1) Digital IP and Copyright Law being wholly subjective and virtually nonexistent compared to traditional media’s copyright standards (2) YouTube’s unequally applied standards of said laws for individuals vs. corporations (3) YouTube’s lagging understanding of online harassment and (4) A desire to raise a fuck ton of money for Black organizations and bail funds.
I’m off of What A Day this week because I’m having surgery to remove a tumor on Monday, but at the end of the week I plan to do a livestream on Twitch to raise additional funds with the help of some cool gamer friends.
THE LEGAL FEES
Based, again, on a Donald Trump appointed judge’s determination that the body of work from said White Supremacist is inherently pejorative, and not on the reality that no commentary was added to my work, my lawsuit was thrown out. Because I simply was pejorative back about the harassment he inspired against me, I've been ordered to pay him upwards of $39,000 ($38,911.89) to this man.
This White Supremacist used this same website, GoFundMe, to raise more than $120k to fight the lawsuit in the first place, so it would appear his income is solely based on raising money off of me and my original work. It’s so pathetic and sad but c’est la vie. I’d love to give him a little more money and give way more to Black people who he’s disparaged in videos all across the internet.
THE HARASSMENT
This -alleged- White Supremacist’s supporters went on to find my GoFundMe from 2016 that raised funds for a liver resection and post comments wishing I would die and continued to post Nazi and Neo-Nazi images and symbols on that page. That harassment continued on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and elsewhere.

And it’s not hard to see why: you may know this aLlEgEd White supremacist from the time he was investigated for saying his political opponent was “too ugly to rape” and subsequently being pelted with milkshakes in public across the United Kingdom.
His lawyer claims that he is a Libertarian, yet consistently his views fall in line with alt-right and neo-nazi racism and xenophobia.
Because YouTube perhaps does not understand or care about internet harassment, they expect this person to 1) express on their own that they are racist for that to be true, and 2) do not hold creators responsible for the harassment they encourage and inspire within their audience. As this ~aLlEgEd~White Supremacist has made a career off of harassing content about specific Black creators, so much so that Patreon deleted his account and the Southern Poverty Law Center lists his more popular collaborators as White Supremacists, it is surprising that this content is still available to view. But it is.
I’ve created a nice summarized watch list at the bottom of this fundraiser for anyone curious about all the times he’s said “nigger” and collaborated with a man convicted of harassing the parents of the children murdered in Sandy Hook. For the record: YOUTUBE IS AWARE THAT THESE VIDEOS EXIST.
THE GOAL
Once we surpass the legal fees goal, I’d really like to make the past four years of torment, harassment, and hatred worth something. I’d like to raise $250,000 for Black and protestor focused charities and organizations to send the clear message that while hatred has been incredibly lucrative for this White Supremacist, there is more love and beauty and culture outside of his petty little existence. And in fact, I’d love to donate it in his name.

Here's a video defending pewdiepie's use of racial slurs. At 1:20 he literally calls saying "nigger" catharsis. At 1:53 he says nigger. AT 2:04 he says nigger. At 4:02 he says PewDiePie shouldn't have apologized. At 8:46 he says nigger. At 9:03 he says nigger. At 9:05 he says nigger. At 9:19 he says nigger. At 10:15 he makes sure to punctuate that a black person overreacted to nigger. At 10:24 he says nigger. At 10:34 he says nigger. At 12:16 he says nigger. At 12:21 he says nigger. At 13:31 he says nigger.
THE ONE WITH ALEX JONES
Here's an interview from a channel that YouTube deleted reposted to Benjamin's channel, an hour of interview with Alex Jones. At 23:05 he admits that he is doing Alex Jones show because he thinks he should still be allowed on YouTube. Alex Jones was banned from YouTube for spreading hoaxes about the Sandy Hook shooting and producing anti-semitic videos. The Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups, says his attacks inspire a strong following among racists. The content on Benjamin's page absolutely falls in line with these videos from Jones. At 40:21 he claims feminism makes men feminine, less masculine and "weird." This continues and at 42:52 he mocks transgender women, agreeing with Alex Jones that being trans a "mental illness" and graphically describes chopping off his testicles. At 44:03 Alex Jones equates the lgbtq community with pedophilia and Benjamin agrees, calls pride parades "fetish parades" and at 44:53 he calls pride parades a slippery slope to pedophilia. Surely this is harassment.
THE ONE WITH STEREOTYPES POSITIONED AS FACTS
In this video he calls Franchesca Ramsey a racist lunatic for hosting a show for MTV about debunking racism. At 3:22 he says plainly that there is a "problem with black families. Most notably, fatherlessness" which is only the tip of the iceberg. At 3:54 he says "You are such a fucking moron, Franchesca" which perhaps isn't a slur, but he continues. At 9:28 she says she should "be fired out of a canon into the sun." 18:15 he says "those kids who drop out of school, or those families, or I wouldn't even call them families who produce hundreds of thousands of black kids out of wedlock to doom them to a life of of poverty and struggle are not doing the responsible thing." And this is coded language. You do not have to explicitly use the word "nigger" to be perpetuating racism against black people (a protected group).
THE ONE THAT DIRECTLY ATTACKS ANOTHER BLACK YOUTUBER
At 16:17 we get to the heart of it, he unequivocally states that black and latino children writ large come from "broken homes" and are "therefore delinquents, who are likely to be poor and less intelligent." It is often late in the video where any educated person might have stopped watching or listening that he peppers these very specific "malicious insults." At 19:02 he goes on to say that people without "english sounding names" are less likely to be "acclimatized to the society they are in." And that those with english sounding names are "more likely to have been born there and speak fluent english." Another xenophobic microaggression. At 19:28 he addresses Franchesca directly to say "if you don't like the society that you have immigrated into you should just adapt."

At 9:50 he refers to black scholars as "race hustlers" and "backwards and barbaric." 11:32 he calls the man a "shitheel" for suggesting that a flag used historically for oppression is offensive to black people in England.
