On the evening of Monday, August 17th, Akemi was involved in an incredibly tragic freak accident that is currently pending investigation with legal teams involved, due to this, full details of the accident itself cannot be shared at this time. The accident resulted in his leg being crushed, causing fractures in two places, and required immediate surgery. Akemi is still in the hospital and is expected to be discharged hopefully within the week. His physical recovery is roughly estimated at 2 months, however, he will need be on crutches for months and will require a lot of physical therapy and doctors appointments.

The purpose of this GFM is to help cover the following costs and help ease the burden of the following:

Legal fees: Due to the nature of the accident the assistance of a legal team is required

Bills and Household expenses: Unable to work for an undetermined amount of time the burden of all the bills will fall on his mom and Del while they also help care for him. They've currently been going to to hospital in shifts but will need to return to their normal work schedules soon.

Meals: Help cover groceries and delivery orders

Misc: Help cover any miscellaneous costs associated with recovery and property damage, including his DDR cab
