Help AJ's Getaway RV Park open this year!

In 2019, we, AJ, Machelle and Jenna James decided to follow our dream and sold our home to purchase 15 acres to open a family friendly RV Park in Overgaard, AZ.
Due to COVID, the MASSIVE rising cost of materials, the quitting of our General Contractor and the regulations of an SBA Loan, we made the decision to bypass the bank and fundraise to make sure AJ's Getaway will open in 2021.
This unique campground in the tall ponderosa pines will hold 43 spaces at 65 ft wide x 100 ft in length. We will also have several buddy camping sites so you can be with your family and friends. We are not going to have any long term residents here so you can have that opportunity get out of that scorching Arizona heat and enjoy cool nights and gorgeous star filled nights.
This fundraiser will specifically go towards purchasing fencing material and basalt rock for our roads. We have about 4000 linear feet of fencing that needs to be completed for not only as sound barrier, but also for the safety of our campers. We also do not want you , our campers camping in a dust bowl, hence the basalt rock that can handle the rain and snow very well.
When we reach our goal, any other funds will go towards picnic tables and fire rings at each camping spot.
We are so close to breaking ground and your support will ensure we can open in a timely manner and with the amenities and safety in mind one would want when camping.
