I’m coming on here with a heavy heart asking for help to support me and my little family as yesterday we found out that our 5 month old little boy will be having his open heart surgery sooner than we thought. aj has 5 different heart defects any and everything will help we will have to be out of work for a little while as that’s our only income we will have to be 2 hours away from our home.
