I’m a newly licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia and I’m officially getting my career off the ground.

I want to be upfront and real about why I’m here. Right now, transportation is my biggest setback. I lost my Jeep on January 3rd after putting close to $5,000 into it over the last two years. It finally gave out on me and left me stranded in Delaware for a day. That one hurt — no exaggeration, probably the biggest L I’ve taken in a long time.

I’m currently working with two buyer clients scheduled for early March and I also have a potential listing coming up Mid June The only reason I haven’t fully hit the gas yet is because not having a reliable car makes it hard to show homes, meet clients, and move the way this business requires.

I’m raising $3,000 to go toward a down payment on a 2021 Hyundai Elantra so I can get back on the road and keep building momentum. This isn’t about luxury it’s about reliability and being able to show up professionally and consistently.

I’m not asking for sympathy or a handout. I’m asking for a little help during a transition period while I build something long-term for myself and my family. Anyone in real estate understands how much of a difference reliable transportation makes.
