Help AJ Build the First B.O.G House

Hi, I’m AJ—also known as the Off-Grid Guru.

I’ve spent years living off-grid in a shed. Not as a stunt—but as a way of life. Through sweat, trial, and long overtime hours, I’ve designed what I believe to be the most efficient, intelligent off-grid home ever conceived.

I call it the B.O.G House—Best Off Grid.

It’s a home that cools itself without air conditioning.

It warms itself without a furnace.

It catches rain, recycles greywater, reuses heat, and even creates water from air.

And I’m giving the design away—completely free. In fact, you can have it without donating.

But I need your help to build the prototype—to prove that smart, resilient housing doesn’t have to cost a fortune or depend on fragile infrastructure.

Funds will be used for major parts of the structure only. I won't be buying washer and dryers and such with donations. (That feels so wrong to me.)

I’m not building this to sell it. I’m building it to give people an option. Something real.

But yes, I do plan on living in the prototype.
