Help Aisulu Achieve Her Dream

Hello there, dear reader. From my journey as a village student to the person traveling around the world and studying at dream universities, I can truly say that education, support, and kindness made it all possible.
I’m Aisulu Ryspaeva from Kyrgyzstan, an AUCA/U.S.-CAEF graduate of 2023, and a FLEX program alumna of 2018. I received a Summa Cum Laude Degree in Business Administration with a 100% scholarship and served as President of my scholarship program. During my studies, I led several student initiatives (FLEX Volunteering Club, Youth Social Entrepreneurial Program, Student Senate), interned at multiple organizations (Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers, U.S.-CAEF Alumni Association), and received the Steven F. Shea Excellence Award for demonstrating a commitment to the development of Central Asia.
After a long two-year application journey, in April 2024, I was delighted to be admitted to Erasmus Mundus Master Impact Entrepreneurship program (EMMIE) in Europe. This Master’s program is organized between ZSEM (Zagreb School of Economics and Management, Croatia), ISM (University of Management and Economics, Lithuania) and HEC-Liège (Management School, Belgium).
The main objective of this program is to train individuals who want to make an impact via sustainable enterprises (focusing on People-Planet-Profit) and create impactful businesses in their home communities by the end of the studies. The program’s aim resonated with me deeply, as I plan to create something valuable for my country and region, specifically focusing on food and clothes waste.
I’m the first participant from Kyrgyzstan to be admitted to this unique entrepreneurial program, and I’m currently working on raising funds to cover living expenses. The program and partner universities offered a full tuition exemption of $13,500. As I wasn’t granted a monthly allowance, I need to raise an additional $10,500 for accommodation, food, transportation, and airfare costs over the 18-month program duration.

FLEX, U.S.-CAEF, and AUCA once provided me with enormous financial help, for which I am thankful to this day, and I believe this support will make a lasting impact.I sincerely appreciate every person interested in supporting my participation in EMMIE, as this was my dream to study in Europe and become an impactful entrepreneur of my home community.
Even the smallest donation could make a huge difference, a difference that creates an endless exchange of support, knowledge, and opportunities. Thank you so much for your support and consideration, and I’m looking forward to spreading my knowledge and experience with other aspiring students and individuals alike.
