Hello Family and Friends,

My sister Aislinn, her husband Jason and their 18-month baby Bodhi live in a small house on a farm in San Luis Obispo. Last night, due to 12" of rain in 48 hours, their entire home was flooded damaging their home and everything within it.

Fortunately, they are safe, healthy and have a community of friends and family to support them. However, this is a big hit to a lovely family already struggling financially due to a loss of wages from the pandemic. Insurance does not cover flood damage. In addition to having to live elsewhere while their home is being repaired and store what they can salvage during the repairs, they will need to replace furniture, clothing, household items, electronics…
