Hi, I'm Patricia Caceres, and I'm helping my cousins Angie and Natasha raise funds for radiation treatments for their mom, Aiskel. They are in Venezuela, under a wholly deteriorated economy, where medical supplies, examinations, and other expenses are currently unaffordable to the family. Therefore, we are here asking for your help to cover all the remaining medical costs. Dear friends,
Our mother, Aiskel, needs as much help as possible to culminate her long battle against breast cancer. We live in Carabobo, Venezuela, and the critical economic situation that the country is going through has made it virtually impossible to afford her remaining cancer treatments by our own devices. Our mom is 49 years old, is an accountant by profession, and in our opinion, is the best mom in the world!
Since we can remember, she has taken care of us with unparalleled dedication and love. She instilled in us fundamental values and taught us to be independent, strong, honest, cheerful, and positive women. She has always been characterized as a woman with sound principles, hardworking, charismatic, full of joy, and devotion to her family that has never let her problems be more significant than her desire to live.
On August 15th of 2018, everything changed unexpectedly when the doctors gave us the devastating news that our mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. From that moment on, we started the battle against cancer alongside her. We have the support of all our family and friends who, with prayers and donations, have accompanied us from the very beginning and in each subsequent step, thus helping us advance to this last stage. However, now you need your support to be able to conclude the final phase of the international protocol for conservative breast therapy, which consists of starting the treatment with External Radiotherapy with 3D conformal planning techniques. Such treatment is vital and necessary to eradicate any cell at the micro-level that may have remained dormant and should be applied as soon as possible. Because she had her surgery in September of 2019, time is of the essence now more than ever. We have tried to collect the medical expenses of this last phase by our means. Though, due to inflation and the country's unstable economy, it has become impossible for us to cover the remaining treatments. For this, we appreciate any collaboration you can give us since we do not have the necessary funds for the procedures, and the urgency is imminent.

Nuestra madre Aiskel necesita de la mayor ayuda posible para culminar su larga batalla contra el cancer de mama. Vivimos en Carabobo, Venezuela y la situación económica tan critica por la que esta atravesando el país ha hecho prácticamente imposible costear los tratamientos oncológicos restantes por nuestros propios medios. Nuestra mamá, tiene 49 años, es contadora de profesión y bajo nuestro criterio, es la mejor mamá del mundo! Desde que tenemos uso de razón ha cuidado de nosotras con una dedicación y entrega inigualables. Nos inculco valores fundamentales, y nos enseño a ser mujeres independientes, fuertes, honestas, alegres y positivas. Siempre se ha caracterizado por ser una mujer de buenos principios, llena de mucha alegría, devoción por su familia, trabajadora, y carismática que nunca ha dejado que los problemas sean mas grandes que sus ganas de vivir.
El día 15/08/2018 todo cambio sorpresivamente cuando los doctores nos dieron la devastadora noticia de que nuestra mamá fue diagnosticada con cáncer de mama. Desde ese momento comenzamos a su lado la batalla contra el cancer. Contamos con el apoyo de toda nuestra familia y amigos quienes con oraciones y donaciones nos han acompañado desde el inicio y en cada paso subsiguiente logrando así avanzar hasta esta última etapa. Sin embargo, ahora requerimos de tu apoyo para poder cerrar la última fase del protocolo internacional de terapia conservadora de mama. El cual consiste en iniciar el tratamiento con radioterapia externa con técnicas de planificación conformada 3D. Dicho tratamiento es vital y necesario para erradicar cualquier célula o foco a nivel micro que haya podido quedar latente y debe ser aplicado en el menor tiempo posible. Considerando el hecho de que fue operada el 02/09/2019, el tiempo es de esencia ahora más que nunca. Hemos intentado reunir por nuestros propios medios los gastos médicos de esta última fase, pero debido a la inflación y la economía tan inestable del país se nos ha hecho imposible cubrir los tratamientos restantes. Por esto, agradecemos cualquier colaboración que nos puedan brindar, ya que simplemente no poseemos el dinero necesario para los tratamientos y la urgencia es inminente.
