This Yazidi family originally from Sinjar has been displaced in Bajid Kandala camp in Northern Iraq for 11 years. The mother, Aishan Alo Slo Zandinan (born 1985), and her three children — Khattab Abdullah Kheder Zandinan (born 2002), Manal Abdullah Kheder Zandinan (born 2004), and Kainda Abdullah Kheder Zandinan (born 2010) — are suffering from Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP), a life-threatening genetic disease that requires urgent surgery and treatment.

The father works as a shepherd with a very small income, and most of the children are in high school or college. They cannot afford the medical care needed to save their lives.

All funds raised will go directly to the family in cash to cover surgery, treatment, and recovery.
