For as long as I can remember I have wanted to become a Veterinarian and help animals. I am currently in my third year of Vet School at the University of Georgia and am excited to finish my final 1.5 years of  school in May, 2019. Beginning next February, I will begin  matriculating through several different clinical rotations within the University Of Georgia Veterinary teaching hopsital as well as off-campus learning experiences called externships. Although these externships are great learning opporutnities, they are often unpaid and all costs (housing, transportation, food and more) fall on the student.
