HELP AIMEE WITH HER BATTLE AGAINST CANCER
Donation protected
When we were young, our parents tried to teach us that what you send out, will often come right back to you……kind of like an echo. We have tried to live by that principal, and right now, we’re hoping that some of what was sent out will come back. Aimee, who is sister, mother, daughter, auntie, friend and teacher, has dedicated her life to helping children grow up feeling the love and kindness that is so critical in the world we live in today. We are asking that some of that love and kindness be returned to her, as there is nobody more deserving of it!
Aimee recently began what will likely be a long battle with cancer. She was initially diagnosed with breast cancer, but it was found that the tumor was in her body for approximately 10 years, and doctors are concerned that the blood supply going through the tumor may have spread to other parts of her body. October 29, 2019 marked the beginning of Aimee’s battle. She has started a series of aggressive chemotherapy treatments which will last 4 months, and then be followed by 4 months of radiation. Aimee initially turned down offers of help from family, but later realized that she is not going to be able to fight this battle alone. The doctors have told her to prepare for 10 - 12 months off of work. We, Aimee's family, are asking that if you are able to contribute in some small way to help her with the expenses that are associated with treatment and recovery from this unforgiving disease, please click the link. Words are inadequate to describe the gratitude we feel when help is given. Just know that what is sent out, often comes back in one form or another. Thank you!
