Aimee is a 12-year-old gymnast who began tumbling less than two years ago. Six months after starting, she was selected for the South Australian State Team in tumbling at level 5 and placed second overall at the 2024 Australian Gymnastics Championships held in Queensland.

At the end of last year, she entered the international steam competition, increasing her training to prepare for higher level passes. Aimee was chosen to represent South Australia at the Australian Gymnastics Championships in Queensland as a Youth International Under 13 athlete, where she placed second overall in Australia in 2025. She also competed two new passes on an unfamiliar floor type, marking an additional accomplishment.

Aimee recently attended the National Clubs Carnival in Queensland with her club, Adelaide Tumbling Academy, where she achieved second place in the Youth International Under 13 division. She was also selected to participate in the Gymnastics Australia Team Future Camp, held immediately after the National Clubs Carnival, where she trained with tumbling coaches and athletes from across Australia.

Due to her performance throughout the year, she has been selected into the Australian team and will represent Australia at the 2nd FIG Trampoline Gymnastics Junior World Championships and the 31st FIG World Age Group Competitions in Pamplona, Spain, this November. This was a massive goal for her this year, and she made many sacrifices throughout the year to make it happen.

Since Aimee is only 12 years old, it is required for her to travel with the Australian team accompanied by a family member, which has significantly increased the overall cost of the trip.
