Support Aimee's Dream to Dance in NYC

Dear family and friends,

I’d like to start with thanking all of my favorite people for supporting me all these years as I do my favorite thing in the world, dancing. A lot of you have watched me on livestream and it means so much to me that you guys take the time to watch me doing what I love.

As most of you know dance is my passion, I love it more than anything else in the world (I even hope to be on Broadway some day). I’ve been dancing since I was three years old and have always thought that it was the most amazing thing ever, this is my fourth year at my studio KJ dance and this is my second year on their highest competitive performance team called PULSE. I dance six days a week (Monday to Thursday and also Saturday, usually from 9:00 A.M to 2:30 P.M, sometimes more) and dance in many different styles including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, hip hop, and even more.

This year I am competing in six dances that I compete at multiple competitions. This summer I have the INCREDIBLE opportunity to dance at New York City Dance Alliance (NYCDA) for nationals in NEW YORK CITY! I will be going with my family (my mom, my dad, and my brother Alex) so I can have my family to love and support me and to share this amazing journey with. This is the biggest opportunity ever, in not only dance but in my overall life, I’ll be competing all six of my dances, and I will get to go to convention and have a variety of amazing teachers and classes, and have the opportunity to possibly win scholarships! The only problem is that currently my parents can’t afford the trip all on their own, so having our family and friends be able to help us reach our goal will mean the world to me and my family and will get me one step closer to fulfilling my dreams. We need all the help we can get! Thank you all so much!
