Hey there, my name is Nick. I am starting this GoFundMe because my friends and I are trying to raise money for our friend Aiden. He has been going through something unimaginable and he cannot pay for his surgery. He had a freak snowboarding accident that never got treated the right way, and it was too late. He has been bedridden for the past eight months and is just getting back to a normal life. He has already paid out of pocket for his first surgery since insurance would not cover it. He simply can’t afford this next surgery. The insurance company said that the surgery was and still is "experimental" so they won't cover any of it. The surgery is a stem cell treatment for his spine and neck. He gets some stem cells taken from his hip and relocated back into the vertebrae. The first one that he had done got him out of bed and back to having a job, and we cannot sit here and watch him struggle this much again.
