My name is Andrea and I am writing to you today to humbly request assistance for my son Aidan to attend the 14U Babe Ruth World Series Baseball Tournament (BRWS), representing Australia, to be held in Eagle Pass, Texas, USA from 6th August to 15th August 2026.

Aidan is 15 years old and has been playing baseball since he was 8. He has competed in many tournaments here in Victoria and interstate but has never (until now!) been selected to represent Australia and play in the US, where it is his dream to play.

Recently he has been selected to represent Australia as an Aussie Drop Bear, a dream he never thought would happen - but his hard work and passion for baseball has finally started to pay off.

Opportunities like this do have significant costs, and whilst I try to provide Aidan every chance to chase his dreams, my reality is I am a single parent working 2 jobs and I am acknowledging I need help giving him this chance to show what he is capable of.
