Help Aidan and Ashton Through Their Grief

Hi, my name is Aidan, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help. My family has been hit with an unimaginable loss. On November 22nd, my dad, who was only 44 years old, passed away suddenly from cardiac arrest. Losing him so unexpectedly has left me and my younger brother, Ashton, devastated and unsure of how to navigate through the coming days.

As the oldest, I now find myself in the position of stepping up to take care of Ashton, who is only 10 years old, while also managing the overwhelming responsibility of organizing funeral arrangements for our dad. Unfortunately, the financial burden of covering funeral costs and providing for Ashton’s needs during this difficult time is something we are struggling with.

In addition to this, I am 18 years old and also paying for my own college education while playing football at Shaw University, which adds another layer of responsibility that makes this situation even harder.

We are asking for donations to help cover the expenses of my dad’s funeral, and to help provide some stability for Ashton and me as we work through this heartbreaking situation.
