Help Aida Fight Aggressive Cancer Now

Hello! I’m sharing this story on behalf of my mother. My name is Sarah, hers is Aida. She is a hospice nurse and has served her company for 9 years. She recently got diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in February. We were very fortunate that it was localized to her breast and she got a lumpectomy shortly after finding out. But she has quite a rare and aggressive type of cancer that can reoccur quickly, so chemotherapy and immunotherapy are needed to kill any remaining cancer cells in her system. Normally, this routine is done with chemo first and then surgery. Because her lump was cut out first, her insurance is denying this regimen to have chemo after surgery. Even though the same treatment is needed, she’s been denied 5 times to receive any type of assistance from her insurance and we are running out of hope. She was only able to get 3 treatments over 3 weeks before the denials started. She needs 6 months of treatments followed by radiation. She’s already behind on a couple of weeks of treatment and chemotherapy is extremely expensive. I just want to cure my mom of her cancer; if we can’t get this treatment and cure, it could likely take her. As her daughter, I cannot let this happen.
