On the morning of July 19th, my world turned upside down. My car, a vital part of my business and daily life, was stolen right from in front of my house. The timing couldn’t have been worse. I had just packed it with at least 150 plants, five boxes of plant pots, and my bag containing my work phone and other valuables. This car was my only means of transporting plants to my shop on a weekly basis, a cost-saving measure crucial to my business.

Today, July 25th, I spotted my car parked at a nearby Starbucks. I immediately called the police. What unfolded next was like a scene from a nightmare. The man inside my car drove off recklessly, hitting people seated outside Starbucks, then crashing into a city bus, and finally ending the chaos with a car accident involving two innocent parties. This all happened in Union City, right before my eyes.

My ask for this GoFundMe page is twofold. First, I seek assistance to help my business recover from this devastating loss of our car and inventory. This incident has severely impacted our operations and ability to serve our customers. Second, I want to do something meaningful for the families affected by the car accident.
