Help aid Aaliyah’s reunion with her baby and recovery

My name is Aaliyah Malik and I am 21 years old. I was involved in a semi rollover, which resulted in severe damages to my arm. I am currently hospitalized in ICU here in Newark, New Jersey with the rest of my family being in Louisiana/Texas. My family has been able to visit me once since being hospitalized, but unfortunately things are really expensive here in New Jersey and could not stay any longer. At this particular hospital they do not allow overnight visitors and since the hospital visiting hours end at 8pm, my family is forced to leave every night having to pay for a hotel and uber everyday. This gets extremely expensive. In the end my family could no longer afford to stay here with me in New Jersey any longer. My family is unable to see me as I am currently undergoing my 8th surgery here in the past 2 weeks. The doctors here are considering possible amputation. I am a mother of a 1 year old baby boy, who has never been away from his mother for this extended period of time. He cries in his sleep at night looking for me. It’s been extremely difficult, stressful and depressing to go through such a traumatic experience alone, and thousands of miles away from my baby and my family. Any and all donations will help me to be transported home so that I can be reunited with my baby on this long road of recovery. This will also help me to offset any other expenses while I am currently unable to work.
