Hi all, my name is Celia, I live in Paris and I’m collecting funds for Ahmed Mushtaha, a friend of mine who lives in Gaza.

As you all know the situation is dire, and everyone is struggling to find food to feed themselves and their family. Here are a few words from Ahmed.

« I am Ahmed from Gaza. I used to live with my family in a small home, laughing and dreaming despite the siege. In a single moment, our house was bombed. I lost some of my family. I came out from under the rubble alone. Now, I have no home, no job, and no food. I sleep in the open, and hunger is killing me even before the bombs do.

All I ask today is a bite to eat to survive, and a kind hand to help me carry on with my life.

I appeal to you from the heart, from the midst of rubble and destruction, to stand with us. Your donation – no matter how small – can save a life, return bread to a child, medicine to a mother, and restore a bit of dignity to someone like me in this hunger and pain. You are our last hope. »
