On Friday, May 2nd, we were notified that a fire had started in our queen rearing facility after a power line had fallen on the modular building. This comes as a very unpleasant surprise after a string of bad luck that’s happened to our little non-profit.
This year, AHBPA has had buildings flood, a car catch fire, two bee-mobiles blow head gaskets, and now a fire that’s taken over 100k in losses. We’re asking for $125000.00 to help get our facility back to operational in time for bee season. If you can spare $1 that will greatly help our mission.
This fundraiser is to support the American Honey Bee Protection Agency recover from the fire on Old Lockhart Rd in Buda Texas.
