Hi, My name is Ahtjab, I have been in contact with Ahban’s family, and I’ve helped them with whatever I could from my own pocket. But his medical needs are far greater than what I can manage alone. His condition has become very serious, and his family is struggling with extreme poverty. That’s why I’m creating this fundraiser — so together, we can support this little boy and give him the medical care, comfort, and hope he truly deserves.

Eight-year-old Ahban has never known a life without pain.

While most children his age run, play, and laugh freely, Ahban struggles just to sit or lift his head. He was born with severe hydrocephalus, a condition that has caused his head to grow to an extraordinary size — nearly 15 to 17 kilograms. Its weight alone is more than what many children his age can carry, yet he has no choice but to endure it every single day.

Ahban’s life has become even harder recently. For the past week, he has been suffering from repeated high fevers that return every 2–3 days. He also experiences frightening fits and seizures, leaving his family terrified and helpless. His condition is fragile, and without proper medical care, he is at serious risk.

Ahban’s parents love him deeply, but they are living in extreme poverty in Pakistan. His father works as a daily laborer, earning barely enough to feed the family. They cannot afford medicines, medical checkups, or even steady meals. They do not have a home — the entire family lives with relatives because they cannot afford rent or a space of their own.

Despite everything, Ahban still tries to smile. He still looks at the world with innocent, hopeful eyes. But this brave little boy carries a weight no child should ever carry — physically and emotionally.
