Help AFYRA (Kristy) Through the Sudden Loss of Her Daughter

Hi, community. This is Christina from vox + stix. Today our own AFYRA, Kristy, and her family suffered the most tragic loss anyone can experience, the loss of their child. Kayleigh was only 29 and passed away suddenly in her sleep, leaving behind her spouse and their two daughters, 10 and seven years old. We don’t know the details of what happened yet as it’s all so new, but it looks to have been a medical crisis.

Kristy and Jolene were already struggling financially and this devastation will not only be emotional, but financial as well. I’ve asked them to let me start this GFM to at least relieve some of the burden of having to worry about money as they begin to process the loss of their daughter. I’d also love to be able to provide for Kayleigh’s children beyond immediate expenses.

I know many are also struggling financially and that this is an especially costly time of year, but anything that you can contribute, even a dollar, will help this poor family.
