Motorcycle Crash in Australia – Help Me Get Back on the Road
Hi, my name is Jonas – I’m 23 years old, originally from Germany, and I’ve spent the last five months riding my motorcycle across Australia.
This journey has been a dream come true. I’ve been exploring the vast Outback, remote dirt roads, deserts, beaches – just me, my heavily loaded Honda Africa Twin, and the open road. I worked hard, saved for years, and poured everything I had into making this adventure happen.
But now, I’ve hit a serious bump in the road – literally.
A few days ago, I had a crash.
Physically, I’m okay – shaken and bruised, but nothing too serious.
My bike, however, didn’t come out so lucky.
The front end is badly damaged, the cockpit smashed, and possibly the frame bent. The bike is no longer rideable – and I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere with no budget left to fix it.
That’s why I’m asking for your support.
I’m not someone who asks easily – but this journey means the world to me.
I still have a few weeks left before I have to return home – and I don’t want to end it like this. I want to repair the bike, get back on the road, and finish what I started.
Your donation would help cover:
Replacement parts and repairs
Transportation of the bike to a mechanic
Emergency accommodation and essentials while I’m stranded
Continuing the journey I’ve worked so hard for
If you can spare a few bucks to help me out, it would mean everything. And if not, just sharing this campaign already helps a ton.
Thanks so much for reading, for caring, and for being part of this wild ride.
Much love from the Aussie Outback,
Jonas
