Early this morning, my friends Joseph and his girlfriend Crystal experienced a devastating house fire at 1932 Gray St in Schenectady, NY. The fire broke out at 1:30am and quickly became a total loss, leaving them with nothing but the clothes they were wearing. Thankfully, they were able to escape safely with their dog, but everything else was destroyed.
Their 14 year old dog Izzy is recovering from surgery last week and is now confused why they can’t go home.
Now, they are facing the difficult challenge of finding new housing and replacing the essentials they lost. The suddenness of the fire means they need immediate support to get back on their feet and start rebuilding their lives. Every donation will help them secure a safe place to stay and provide for their basic needs during this tough time.
They are grateful for any help as they navigate this unexpected hardship. Your support will make a real difference as they recover from this tragedy and begin to move forward. Even small contributions can help them purchase clothing, food, and other necessities while they work to find a new home. Thank you for considering a donation to help them through this difficult period.
