Last night was one of the most heartbreaking nights of my life. A few years ago, I faced a traumatic experience when I nearly lost my life due to a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. I endured internal bleeding, lost my pregnancy, and had to say goodbye to my left fallopian tube. Tragically, last night, I found myself facing a similar nightmare, later confirmed due to a ruptured cyst. Update pathology reports have confirmed that I suffered a rare form of an Ectopic pregnancy within my ovary.I will continue seeing a specialist to figure out next steps medically and to support my overall health.
As I navigate this challenging time, I’m reaching out for support. Unfortunately, I don't have PTO or short-term disability because my job is considered “contract work” with no benefits and wage. I absolutely love my job though and the amazing people I work with.I won't be compensated for my leave during recovery and any donations would mean the world to me (grocery funds, bills that might be missed, rent, medical fees, etc). Any support would mean the world to me. If you're able to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your consideration.
