I Want to Escape the Hell of War — Help Me Save My Children"
My name is Afnan, I’m 29 years old and a mother of two precious children: Mofeed (5 years old) and Malak (3 years old). I used to be a private tutor, teaching from home in Rafah. My husband also worked, and we had a modest but stable life — until war destroyed everything.
Our home was completely demolished in the bombing. I lost my job. My husband can no longer work. We fled for our lives under relentless shelling and now live in a flimsy tent with no electricity, no clean water, and no basic necessities.
There is no safe place left in Gaza.
Every night I fall asleep afraid — afraid for my children, afraid of the bombs, the heat, the insects that crawl inside our tent. My children are deprived of safety, food, and even the right to learn and play like other kids. I can see the fear in their eyes, and it breaks me.
I’m exhausted. I’m a mother trying to hold on, but the weight of this war is too much to carry alone.
Please, help me escape this nightmare. Help me give Mofeed and Malak the safety and dignity they deserve. Your support — no matter how small — could change our lives forever.
From a tent under fire to a place of peace — help us start again.
