My name is Jameson, I am 16 years old, and I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Ewing's Sarcoma; this is an extremely rare cancer with less than 200 active cases in the United States. Because it’s so rare, it’s hard for doctors to know how to treat it due to little experience. The cancer has metastasized and spread to both legs, pelvis, ribs, scapulas (shoulder blades), and my skull. So, this fundraiser will seriously help me and my family with medical bills from tests, chemotherapy, radiation treatments, health insurance, and any other medical debt I expect to incur through this battle. Used to help with medical expenses, chemo treatments, radiation treatments, medications, gas for commuting to and from Primary’s Children Hospital in Salt Lake City, and any other expenses that are not covered by insurance or any expenses that may arise in the future due to cancer treatments. All money will be used for helping with medical expenses, and treatments, and gas to and from treatments, medications etc.

I plan to withdraw the raised money from this gofundme fundraiser to my bank account. I plan to withdraw either cash, or cashiers check addressed to Jameson Foley or his guardian Mike Foley and hand them it in person.
