Hey! My Name is Adrienne Farmer. I was diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune liver disease called Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) in 2008 at the age of 20. I am now in need of a liver transplant. Unfortunately, I cannot be approved to be put on the transplant list until I have this money available. All of this money will go toward our living expenses (lodging and necessary daily living) as well as our bills at home after the transplant since I will be required to stay near the hospital for up to 3 months.
