Early this morning, a fire broke out at my best friend Adrienne’s apartment. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely. Adrienne’s apartment was heavily damaged and will be uninhabitable for the foreseeable future. In just a matter of hours, she lost her home and many of her belongings. Her cat Colby had to be rushed to an emergency vet for smoke inhalation treatment as well.
We’re raising funds to help Adrienne and Colby get through this incredibly difficult time — covering emergency veterinary care, finding a safe place for them to stay, and replacing some of the essentials she lost in the fire.
