Adrian is facing one of the hardest chapters of life after losing his lifelong partner, Stacie, in June. The loss has deeply affected Adrian and all of us who knew Stacie, leaving a void in our hearts and in Adrian’s daily life. Adrian and Stacie were always present for their community, showing up with so much love and kindness! Their generosity and warmth touched so many lives, and now, as Adrian navigates this difficult time, it’s our turn to show up for him with the same compassion he has given to others.

In the weeks since Stacie’s passing, Adrian had to take time off work not only to grieve, but host family from all around and arrange and host services to honor Stacie’s memory. These responsibilities, along with the overwhelming emotions and practical challenges, have made it difficult for Adrian to keep up with bills. Now, Adrian urgently needs to move from the apartment he shared with Stacie and find a new place where he can begin to get back on his feet. Adrian has found a new apartment, but the costs of moving—security deposit, moving expenses, food, and other essentials—are more than he can manage alone right now. The funds raised will go directly to helping Adrian cover these immediate needs, giving him the stability and support to start rebuilding his life.

Any type of support helps and goes a long way. We all know it takes a village to care for one another, especially in times of loss.
