Help Adrian celebrate his 50th birthday
Adrian Calear is known to many as AIDzee and to some as "please stop making a scene, sir". Over the years he has been a comedy writer, stand up comedian and director. And he's had more health complications than most people would like to contemplate.
For his 30th birthday he got rheumatoid arthritis, the treatment for which left him severely immuno-compromised and in chronic pain. He's needed a walking stick to help with mobility ever since.
For his 40th birthday he got a flesh eating bacterial infection (specifically Fourier's gangrene - do yourself a favour and do NOT do an image search on that). These events were immortalised in his stage show Code Grey:

For his 50th he got... well, what we all got this year - a global pandemic. For someone who is severely immuno-compromised and living away from family, this puts quite a dampener on any planned 50th birthday festivities. So AIDzee's asking for a little help so he can get a tablet to communicate with the outside world and flights to see his family (as soon as that's a thing we're allowed to do).
