Adria, my mom, is preparing for upper back surgery at the end of June. She needs a recliner chair, a bed, and a few other things like adding a handrail to the wall of her shower for when she comes home from the hospital. Right now, she is sleeping on a blow-up mattress, and her recovery will be long and challenging. She won't be able to return to work at all, and she hasn't been able to work for a while now, so funds are very limited.

As much as I wish we could help her ourselves, my husband has been out of work for a few months due to a bad car wreck, and my sister is also out of work while she recovers from her own surgery. We just can't provide what my mom needs to make her recovery a little easier on her.
