Hey y’all, I’m Adri (like Audrey Hepburn), a 28 year old trans non-binary person. After years of self-reflection, hours of research, multiple consults, and 3 surgical dates getting rescheduled over the course of a month, I finally have my top surgery scheduled for January 2026. While things are finally moving forward, new road bumps have appeared as my wife, Meghan, and I navigate the costs of the procedure and follow-up care, uncertainty in my work leave coverage/pay, and the day to day stressors of life in the year 2025.

For these reasons, I am reaching out to request any help y’all can give in raising funds to provide a cushion for Meghan and me. To be honest, it is very difficult for me to ask for help of this nature but if this year has taught me anything, it’s the impact community can have on each other.
