Help Adonis Return to UC Berkeley!

Hi my name is Adonis Brooks, and I am a low-income, first generation college student. I created this fund-raiser in hope that I may raise enough money to finish my education at the University of California, Berkeley, something that means the world to me. While at UC Berkeley, I was a model student with an above average GPA and aspirations to go to graduate school. Despite this, I came into some trouble while studying abroad in Paris and had to take a gap year due to financial and medical reasons. This step in my life threw everything out of proportion and as a result I acquired over 16k dollars in tuition fees that I could not pay. Because of these fees I was told that I could not re-enroll in classes. This all was two years ago and I’ve been given another chance to re-enroll if I can manage to raise the money to pay off the tuition fees, which seems impossible, but I know I can do it with your help! I appreciate every donation made! 


While at Cal:

-a researcher for the McNair scholars

-a part of Zwadi a black queer group on campus
