Hi I am Adem Morina I am 24 years old I work delivery guy for the company called Grubhub in Manhattan area. I come from Kosovo live in Brooklyn, New York now I can not work since 06/14/2021. I went to an emergency room in Brooklyn and was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia

And I was transferred by ambulance to another hospital from Brooklyn in Manhattan to New York Presbyterian hospital more advanced in oncology and I started receiving chemotherapy for the cure of the disease (AML) which I am having improvement in health

My expenses in the Hospital are paid by the health insurance as well and outpatient.

• But I ask for help to help me with expenses such as Rent, Food, Apparel, Transport for outpatient expenses because I have stopped working since 06/14/2021 and I will not be able to work for the next 4 months because I will be back every month from one week in NYP- HOSPITAL taking chemotherapy to continue.
