Hi, my name is Addie, and I never thought I would be in a position where I’d have to ask for help like this…but right now, I truly need it.

I have an urgent surgery scheduled for April 30 that I cannot delay. After receiving my medical estimate, I was told my out-of-pocket cost is $3,046.46. Seeing that number was overwhelming. I’ve been trying to figure it out on my own, but with the time I have, it’s just not possible.

I work hard, I go to school, and I do my best to stay strong and handle everything life throws at me. But this situation has been heavy…physically, emotionally, and financially. This surgery is not optional. It’s something I need for my health, and delaying it could make things worse.

As hard as it is for me to ask, I’m reaching out because I can’t do this alone.
