Help Addi With GRS

I'm raising money to put towards getting bottom surgery and I need some help!

the surgery I would need, while growing in popularity, is still restricted to a few geographical regions. luckily New York is one of them! My Pennsylvania Medicaid isn't accepted by Mt Sinai hospital so I'm going to move to Upstate NY for the duration of this process. 

To make this achievable for me while staying under the medicaid income requirements I'm going to need some help with moving and affording my periodic travel costs to and from NYC for appointments and Philadelphia for Electrolysis treatment that is necessary for the operation. 

Additionally I am gathering money to help with post operative care as my friends who will be available to help with my recovery will have travel expenses I would like to cover as well as rent and food because I'll need some time to recover before I'm ready to go back to working.
