On the morning of September 9, a devastating four-alarm fire ripped through the Jefferson Apartments in Squirrel Hill, leaving our friend, Addae, with nothing but the clothes on his back. He lost everything from everyday essentials to sentimental treasures that can never be replaced. He unfortunately did not have renters' insurance and has to rebuild his life from scratch.

He’s a valued employee at Cucina Alfabeto, a thoughtful and generous friend, and someone who would always step up for others in need.
