Adan has been a beloved paletero man in Stockton, CA for about 10 years, bringing smiles to our community with his delicious raspados, churritos, and elotes. Many of us have fond memories of seeing Adan on hot summer days, always ready with a friendly greeting and a cool treat. He’s become a familiar and cherished part of our neighborhood, brightening our days and connecting us through his kindness and hard work.

Today, Adan’s carrito was hit and totaled by a driver who didn’t stop at the corner of American and Park St in downtown Stockton. This sudden loss has left Adan without his means to work and support himself. It’s heartbreaking to see someone who gives so much to our community face such a difficult setback.
