Help Adam's Healing

A little while ago, I had an unfortunate accident resulting in both of my shoulders being dislocated. After seeing a specialist, it was recommended that I do some Physical Therapy.
After a few months of PT, and then working all summer at a very physically demanding job, my shoulders were again starting to feel pained.
At that point I found myself talking to a different doctor who asked me to get an MRI, something my first doctor didn't even suggest.
Doing so showed that I had some tears in my shoulder that would need surgery to repair should I want to get back into farm work and circus training. When not working on the farm I work at, I practice and perform circus skills such as juggling, handstands and fire performance.
I'm now 2 months out from the surgery on one of my shoulders, and if all goes smoothly, both my shoulders will be repaired and PT will be done in another 4 or 5 months.
While waiting for that time, I am unfortunately unable to perform for money or work on the farm (or at any job that requires lifting) until I'm healed.
I'm asking for some help with money in order to help with some medical bills and the purchase of food for myself and my cats. If there is any extra money, I've considered seeing a therapist because this traumatic event has taken it's toll on me mentally.

I did try looking into Unemployment or TDI for the time being, but since my wages last year were split between two states, I was told I didn't meet the minimum requirements for either program.
